So here’s the idea:

You contact me about your project (we both know you will). I will put together a bid in a traditional manner outlining the project scope and the estimated time to completion. If you’re more comfortable with my blended hourly rate, then of course I’m happy to accommodate, but more often than not, my package pricing is much more appealing. Here’s why: Let’s say your project is estimated at 25hrs. If you purchase a 30hr pack @ $85/hr… The remaining balance of 5hrs can be used for maintenance or changes in the future… or even a banner ad or two. It’s up to you – the hours are yours to use at anytime, for anything.

I hate to sound cliché, but the more you buy, the more you save!
